Welcome to Harmonia, Saltwater Spa and Healing Centre. Located at Marble Inn Resort, we are a fully featured spa facility with saltwater pool, steam room, dry sauna, mineral bath, ice plunge pool, and halo salt therapy room.

We offer 3 main services:

Harmonia Spa session
Harmonia spa session consists of a thermal cycle (for more details click here) and Halo Therapy Room (for more information click here). Harmonia can be booked for private or group sessions, and has special pricing for on resort guests. It has to be booked in advance, via harmonia@marbleinn.com. This is a 2-hour session : 30 minutes in the halo therapy room and 1,5 hr using thermal cycle features. Harmonia session is a guided session with a spa attendant, salt scrub station, water, and robes provided.
This is an adult only feature.
Credit card is required for booking. A $25 fee applies to bookings not cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled session
Price: $80+tax per person for private session. $70+ tax per person for semi-private.
Self thermal session
Self thermal is a self-guided session that consists of access to the saltwater pool, steam room, dry sauna, mineral bath, and ice plunge pool. Self thermal is booked the day of via Front Desk. This is a one hour session and there is no spa attendant, salt scrub station, robes or access to the halo therapy room.
Price: $50+tax per person, no private options.
Halo therapy only session
This feature can be booked on it’s own or part of the Harmonia spa session (see option 1). It is a 30 minute session and has to be booked in advance via harmonia@marbleinn.com.

Saltwater Pool

The saltwater pool is the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the West coast of Newfoundland. Our pool is the centerpiece for the astounding spa facilities located in the main lodge.

Labradorite Steam Bath

Our Labradorite Steam Bath is truly one of a kind. Labradorite has long been know for its holistic healing properties, which fits perfectly into our aura of rest and relaxation. This is a once in a lifetime chance you will not want to miss. This feature is one of the starting points for the thermal cycle, in the HOT category.

Cedar Sauna

The Cedar Sauna is a classic dry sauna for those looking to heat up in a traditional start to the thermal cycle. Categorized in the HOT segment of the thermal cycle it can also be used as a post thermal cycle place to relax and dry.

Mineral Bath

Our bath is full of essential minerals which are used to rejuvenate your body after settling into the cedar sauna. The combination of minerals helps to detoxify your body and replenish your skin.

Salt Scrub

A salt scrub mix used in a hot shower. This segment has anti-bacterial properties and exfoliates the skin.

COLD FEATURES:

Ice Waterfall

The Ice Cold Waterfall feature is set up as a classic second step to the thermal cycle, as this drastic change in temperature promotes blood flow and cardiovascular health. The easiest way to quickly move to the COLD segment of the thermal cycle.

Ice Plunge pool

A wooden bath filled with snow, this feature is categorized in the COLD segment of the thermal cycle. A similar experience to a polar dip, this feature is a more intense step in the COLD segment, in which you spend a few minutes acclimatizing yourself and getting a larger benefit to blood flow and circulation. This process in particular can be very beneficial for mental health.
