Definition of a Group

Groups are defined as a single group with a common group booking co-ordinator, common billing and the willingness to be responsible and respectful as a common entity.

Examples of groups for the purposes of group bookings.

• Bus tours / Tour groups

• Sports teams and students travelling together

• Trade tourism / Travel agent book

• Corporate bookings with a common reference / corporate name
